Turnaround time depends on the type of video, footage length, editing complexity, and number of deliverables.

For individual projects, the first draft is typically delivered within 2–3 business days, subject to editor availability and after we receive all the footage, instructions, and required assets.

For monthly support, we’ll agree on a delivery schedule based on your content volume and how often you send us footage. Delays in receiving footage, feedback, or other required assets may also affect the agreed delivery timeline.

Most projects include one or two revision rounds, depending on the project or package. We’ll agree on the scope before work begins so everyone knows what is included. Additional revision rounds or requests outside the original scope can also be accommodated, with any additional cost discussed before we proceed.

Here, your projects are supported by a project manager, a content lead, and a team of editors. This gives you clearer communication, consistent quality control, and backup editing capacity when needed.

The team structure helps reduce bottlenecks and keeps production moving without making the entire workflow dependent on one person’s availability.

The minimum commitment is one month. We also offer one-off projects for clients who want to complete a specific video or try working with us before moving to a monthly arrangement. However, we recommend working together for at least three months. This gives us enough time to test different creative choices, understand what performs well, and improve the editing approach based on real results. Social media platforms also need time to understand your channel, content, and audience before consistently showing your videos to the right people.

Our services are billed monthly, with 100% of the monthly fee paid upfront at the beginning of each month. This allows us to reserve your editing capacity and assign the necessary team members for the month ahead.

The payment terms and included deliverables will be clearly outlined before the project begins.

While we would be saddened to see you go, we deeply respect and appreciate your decision. You can cancel future monthly renewals at any time, and you will not be charged for the following month. We appreciate being informed as early as possible so we can plan our editing capacity for the next month.

Once a month has started and the payment has been made, that month cannot be cancelled or refunded. We reserve editing capacity and assign team members in advance, so your service will continue until the end of the active monthly period.
